    I hit a deer and needed to be towed to a garage. They were prompt and courteous. In addition, the owner went above and beyond trying to find me a ride to get to the nearest car rental agency (which was 120km away!).

    Great service and very knowledgeable. Eric was very polite, helpful and made a very crappy stressful situation more pleasant and easier to deal with. He took out the worry of not having a tow truck avalible in case I broke down again further down the highway by letting me know to call him if I had any more problems, and was able to help me again over the phone when I had more problems further down the road. He was also more than willing to drive back and tow me over 120kms if the trouble shooting over the phone didn't fix the second problem I had after he got me back on the road the first time.
